The CRM market is undergoing radical change: Gartner finds that the global CRM market was worth US$23bn in 2014, up 13% from 2013. Salesforce.com leads the way with an 18% market share (in its Q1 results Salesforce announced a US$6bn annual run rate) and revenue growth of 28%, significantly higher than the 7% growth of SAP and Oracle’s 3%.
