While for analytics, tech and marketing we found clear leading platform used by more than 2/3 SaaS companies in the region, it's not the case for customer support. For a big part, there is not even a dedicated software in use, companies managing it through simple emails.

Among the 60% of companies having in place a dedicated solution, ZenDesk is the leading one, followed by UserVoice and FreshDesk.
